Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new crochet kit, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital patterns and partially started kits are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your kit is in its original, unopened packaging with all materials, including the yarn, hook, and stuffing, completely intact.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
